No. Our sales representatives carry product, but AKE trusts you with this inventory. We also give you the means to collect payment during your time with the customer. Demonstration kits are also provided. Showing the customer how our products works is a key piece to your sales presentation.

We assign all sales representatives to a protected territory.  This area is based on your physical location.  Typically, a rep will initially be given a 5 to 8 county area to work within.  As you grow in the position, your territory will grow with you.

We provide both classroom and field training during your first few weeks with us to ensure you are getting the necessary information as quickly as possible.  As with any new position that you may take on during your professional career, it takes time to feel completely comfortable in that role.  However, we do expect that if you choose to move forward with this position, that you are fully dedicated and will do whatever it takes to succeed!

No.  This is a 1099, independent contractor position.

As a 1099 position, we give you the opportunity to truly build your own book of business through cold calling and referrals.  Get creative!  No farm in America should be without STOP-FYRE®!

Our human resources team will review your application and resume to determine next steps.  If you are chosen to move forward to the next step in our selection process, you will be contacted via email about how to set up a phone interview.  Following a phone interview, we will invite a select few to meet us for an in-person interview.

Yes!  We will always look to promote from within for future positions that may become available.

You can either choose to go 100% commission from day one, or choose a 12-week base + commission structure.  We pay all commissions on a bi-weekly schedule.
